New Mk1 Owner Cambelt Change Question

Hi there

Just picked up my 98 mk1 with 135,000 on the clock

As there is no record of the second cambelt change I am planning to do this asap. Should I be changing anything else at the same time ? water pump ? or other seals ?

 Yes to waterpump.
Also, cambelt tensioner pulleys and spring(mx5parts do a kit). Crank and camshaft front oil seals as well.
Plugs and leads at same time?

Any supplier you would recommend for the water pump ?

MX5parts pretty good for most new stock parts. May not always be the cheapest, but delivery is pretty rapid.
Autolink and Moss are alternatives. I’ve not used either, but haven’t seen any complaints.
