The Sunday(July 9th) run is around Derbyshire, meeting at The Dearne Valley Farm (Pub) , Kestrel Way, Barnsley, just of jct 36 of the M1. 9:30 for 10:15 departure. (Their location comes up in the wrong place on several search engines)
After a short scenic run we are stopping for a picnic by the river Derwent , the Bakewell Show Groundhave given us the exclusive use of a grassy area by the river, this will be a lot better and cheaper than using the council car park, a small donation will be required, there is a cafe nearby should the weather not be kind to us.
I have just noticed that that Cheshire and North Wales Area are also in the area,
Please careful which area you follow (John), we do not want a repeat of the Yorkshire Ridings member in the blue car who accompanied us by mistake from The Stockyard to The Knavesmire in York, he should have visited Clive at Autotronics just 3 miles down the road in Laughton, for a rolling road day !! Still laugh about that now
