There will be two Sunday runs in August

Quarry Bank Mill (National Trust) in StyalCheshire, England, is one of the best preserved textile mills of the Industrial Revolution and is now a museum of the cotton industry. It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II* listed building,[1] and inspired the 2013 television series The Mill.[2]

Trail sheets are £1 Along the route you can taste real country baking in our village hall or one of the village cafes and for something stronger we have three great pubs. There is plenty of parking for cars (£3 per car

I will add more details along with web site links before P&P’s August Social meeting

Hi - Newbies here considering our first outing this coming Sunday. Just checking all is on for Sunday 20th. With Woodhead being closed all weekend its going to take us a little longer to get to Dearne Valley.

As far as I am aware all is good for Sunday. Where are you travelling from?

Hi, Burton has been in touch to confirm. We are traveling from Tintwistle. No great hardship to travel over Snake and Midhopestones, just takes a little longer.

As we have been though the Bradfield Moors area several times already this year I propose to join the TdY route a little further north, at the top of the small map shown at

http://pp.mx5oc.co.uk/Tour_de_Yorkshire_2017.pdf

We will be trialing the route on Thursday afternoon, the web site and forum will be updated and route card will be published before Saturday afternoon.

Incidentally Derbyshire County Council have a very good web site showing road works and closures at -
