Please come armed with suggestions of what you would like to do in the coming year and a right arm willing to raise itself to volunteer to organise runs and events.

Hi Jim, It was my first visit hopefully more but I work away during the week so I should be able to get to end of month meetings, I enjoyed the meeting and how every one got on with each other, we that is the present Mrs Y and myself hope to go on a few week end jaunts.
