You need to find where the seal has been breached allowing damp air into the headlight unit. Condensation will only occur where damp has entered through such a breach.
Drying the unit out can be challenging but you will need to do this properly to prove that any repair made has been successful.
Are you sure it is condensation on the inside and not fogging of the plastic on the outside? Quite a common problem that can be polished out.
