Search ND rear hub carrier bushes on here. Common problem now appearing on these vehicles. Depending on mileage servicing etc you may get some help from Mazda. If not, start saving.
So hopefully you have full Mazda service history, so get the dealer to look at it and ask Mazda UK to pay to replace the rear hubs as the bushes are worn, which is not acceptable at your hopefully low mileage.
If they won’t pay or contribute, then MX-5 parts sell the bushes which a garage can press into the hub carrier.

Mazda dealer or indy?
Could be a few things…hopefully.
As said by previous posters…rear hub carriers are a bit guilty till proven innocent.
