The door cards look like they could do with a little somthing  extra Don't know Wink

would that be something to open the door with? hahahaha

I seem to remeber seeing somewhere in this thread that the car will be having a tvr type button release for the doors… I think thats what the hoiles are for near the seat belt towers.

I have to say I am extremely impressed by this. And extremely envious of your skill and ability!

From the standpoint of being incapable of dreaming of doing anything of the sort myself, I hope you won’t be too offended if I say that, to my eyes, the beauty of the exterior is slightly let down by the dash and doorcards… I think (again in my opinion) that it would be set off perfectly by covering up or replacing all that black vinyl. Perhaps a burgundy velour or leather…and I have to say the diamond stitch that I saw on another thread would really look good in this car.

Thank you for your comments

the only vinyl is on the crash pads, the door cards are leather, as are the seats.

The ethos behind the whole car has been simple and smooth lines, I have tried to carry that into the interior, and I think I have been successfull, I am not really a fan of diamond stitch, it was something I considered early on in the project but decided against it due to the fact it is used very often.

I believe I have created a unique interior here, which was the main goal.

Thanks for your comments though, and no offence is taken, like all these things, there are many different tastes out there

I love the simple minimal idea Thumbs up

Have you tinted the rear lights or just polished and shaved them. They look good against the white pearl Thumbs up
