Replace indicator stalk - problems with removing boss kit

Hi,

I have a MK1 '90 Eunos that has a Nardi wheel fitted.  I am trying to replace the indicator / wiper stalk due to a fault on full beam on the headlights but can’t get the boss kit off.  THe steering wheel comes of fine, I can remove the bolt under the horn but that can’t get the boss kit off so that I can get to the indicator stalk.  I don’t know much about cars so presume that I’m missing a peice of kit that will extract this.  Any ideas gratefully received, otherwise I’ll have to vook it into a mechanics.

Excellent thanks.  Looks like it’s jsut brute force then.  I’ll give it a go tomorrow.
