Don’t worry yourself. I’m aware of my personal situation. If it gets taken I’ll fit the spare I have in the garage.
Don’t fit a cover plate, that will just highlight the fact that you are defending something worthwhile. As I said to you on the phone, Aftermarket cats are NOT being stolen, that is the entire point! You have bought an aftermarket cat from the Catman and self respecting lowlife will not waste their time stealing it; it simply does not have any value to them as the amounts of precious metal used are minimal. Cover or protect an aftermarket cat and the lowlife will assume you have something worth stealing; it’s the worst thing you can do.
