Roll bar for series 3 Roadster

Hi,

I would like to do occasional track days with my 2007 Roadster.  Is the metalwork behind the seats in a series 3 car substantial enough to survive a roll?  If not, is there a roll bar that will fit inside the Roadster folding roof and not be too obtrusive when driving on the road?  I’m getting a bit old, and it’s hard enough to climb in and out without extra bars to negotiate!  Is there a wind baffle that will mount on the roll bar and being larger, work better than the stock item?

The issue being the height may not be sufficient to really protect you any more than the existing ones, not sure if anyone on here has installed one.
