You could try these, they are a national company (Man with Van). I have had work done with our local chap and his work was very good and reasonably priced.

Had a quote from Chipsaway for £330 for,
a: A sctrach 12" long
b: Small rust spot on the rear wheel arch
c: 2 dints on the passenger door
thought this was very expensive for £330, surely a complete body respray wouldn’t be that much more. Can anyone please give me some advice.

That is dear, Try someone else .
My brother inlaw works for himself and does smart repairs ( which is what you need) He charges £40-£60 per panel so about £120 for what you want.
Ther are lots about just try to get one that is recomended as there are also lots of cowboys.
I agree that does sound whey to expensive, it is always best to get several quotes and one from a recognised bodyshop as a bench mark.
