Its so hard to meet someone nice who has a sense of fun and appreciates my interests and enjoys driving a car like the 5. Its the best thing I ever bought!

I’ve been VERY lucky. My ex wife was a miserable cow and wouldn’t come to any events
with me. She was always too interested in her smelly horse. My girlfriend now is great.
She’s started to ‘get’ what it’s all about and regularly comes with me on runs etc.
I think my point is, they are out there. Do you go along to your local meets ? Surely there’s
a whole room full of like-minded people.
Well i’m a single guy. And to be honest i kind of sometimes think it would be nice to have a girl sat in the seat next to me just so i could immitate ‘Outrun’ in an MX-5!

I didn’t think it was a flash car? Its just a car with a bit of fun in it. Is it because they may be envious? This comment was from a woman on another forum not connected to mx5s. She said ‘personally I find the car stories riveting’.
Oh swindon is only 3 hours away. I go to newcastle now and again to see my mate and the five loves the drive!
