Smilies: pop-up window too small

When I click on the “Insert Smiley” button, the window which opens is too small to show all those available, and can’t be resized. (Some are just out of view to the right and others half-visible at the bottom.  There might even be more columns to the right.)

May I also say they look oversized, clumsy and decidedly unappealing compared to the neat little versions on the old forum?  I suspect I’ll probably just stick to old-fashioned plain text smilies rather than use these grotesques.  Big, cartoonish, animated smilies are fine for kids to play with but just look wrong when used by supposed grown-ups.  Sometimes you want to say “don’t take this too seriously, I’m being ironic” but I rarely want to say “don’t take this too seriously, I appear to be an imbecile”.  :(

Is that just me?  Hope not.

Works ok on Firefox - although there aren’t many (just the Hotmail ones plus a Mazda badge).

The box appears fine for me as well (IE7), and they also appear to be fine as well [:)] - looks normal to me…

There are more to come, but proposed security upgrades will remove them, so they will be added after that.

Wow - a hyperlink for the author of the quoted text- I love the new forum [:D]

Can you post a screen dump of the problem

should look like

[:D] Phew it works just ok for me too[H]

ok for me too, I assume it will resize when we add some more smileys  shortly… [W]   or get rid of some of the really useless ones!!!

 I like these ones

Well, my problem’s gone away, as our work PCs have all been replaced. Changed from IE6 to IE7 at the same time and the window size problem has gone away.
