The rendevouz point is Rownhams Services M27 Westbound but wrt timings I have emailed Sue at Braemore and asked her to confirm our arrival time and from that I can post the timings for Rownhams.

Hi Everyone,

The monies have now been paid to Breamore House and we are all set for 26 pople in 14 MX-5’s :+1:

Many thanks to you all for suppoprting this event and The Solent Team are now praying for better weather, as today has been horrendous :unamused:

Finally, the timings for Breamore House & Gardens are as follows;

Rendevous point: 10:00 onwards, at Roadchef Rownhams Motorway Service Area, M27 Westbound, Southampton SO16 8AP

Departure Time: 10:30 prompt

Arrival time at Venue: 11:15 to 11:30

I am waiting for Sue to ring me back to confirm she received the booking form and payment I sent via BACS earlier today and hopefully, she will be happy with these timings and they will remain extant.

Sue has said that Sir Michael himself , will probably be taking us around on the tour and Sir Michael has agreed for us to park on the grass lined driveway leading up to the house, which will provide a lovely backdrop for a photos. Please also note that your ticket price also gives free entry to the museum also :+1:

I have emailed Stuart in the Breamore Pantry Barn to advise him that our group will be descending on them for coffee on arrival and also drinks and sandwiches later in the day.

When we arrive on site, I am to follow signs to the church and not the house and gates adjacent to the church should open close to them and we will park in an orderly fashion, as always, on the grass on the drive up to the house, which makes a nice backdrop.

We look froward to seeing you all on the 1st September at Rownhams.

Further to my previous post, I have literally just received cofnrimation from Sue at Breamore House that Sir Michael himself, will be showing us all around the house on the 1st September, which is fabulous news and also it is confirmed that we will be able to park on the grass lined driveway leading up to the house.

Hi again everyone,

I have had a nother update from Sue Harris at Breamore House and Sir Michael has asked if we can delay or visit to the house from 14:00 to 14:15.

I have gone back saying that this is not a problem, as we will arrive at Breamore and park up and then partake in some light refreshment and sandwiches etc or those bringing a picnic can relax in the gardens a bit longer, as desired.
