Hi Everyone,

Another update to the attendees and payments table in Post#1 has been made today, 16th April.

Please could those who have not paid yet, please pay soonest otherwise we will assume you are not coming and remove you from the list.

Finally, there is still space for more to come along and enjoy Exbury and the Train ride on the Solent Express, which is exceleltn, so please sign up for this event soonest!!!

We are just back from our travels and a lovely day at The Gardeners World Spring Fair at Beaulieu and I have jumped on the PC and updated the Attendees & Payments Table in Post #1.

Just wanted to confirm before the weekend.

I have paid via PayPal for entry and train ride for Sue and myself. The list says paid but NO to the train ride. Can you please clarify.

Hi Mal, Don’t know if you received my previous message, but Nigel and I are definitely joining the Exbury trip. We paid £27 by BACS to you on 19th March. Checked my bank statement.

Hi Everyone,

Having had a bit of a nightmare with my Microsoft Office Licence inconveniently expring in the middle of organising payments for this event :face_with_symbols_on_mouth: I have now migrated all the payment and preference detaills, such as gardens only or gardens and train ride to Google Docs, which can be edited on my phone as we go, so much easier to track as things progress.

However, please take time to review your details, given in the google docs link in Post#1, to ensure I have captured things correctly, as I have based decisions on the payment amounts received, so errors are always possible​:thinking:

If you think I have made an error, please reply to this forum post or email me soonest on: solent@mx5oc.co.uk only, as trying to track messages via other means results in things often being missed.
