Hi all,
Just back from a lovely few days in Dorset with friends and I am just getting this one finalised ready for Sunday.
I have updated the spreadsheet, in Post #19, with all your payments and will be taking your meal choices to Steve (manager) at Hilliers Garden Centre first thing tomorrow morning, with John Wheeler and paying him the monies for your orders at the same time, then we will be all set

Hi everyone,
By way of a final update on this one, I have jsut come back from visiting Hilliers Garden Centre with John Wheleer, where we met up with Steve the Restaurant Manager and I was able to give Steve our orders and also pay him the monies you had all kindly paid via PayPal
Whilst at Hilliers, we were able to view the room we had been allocated and also the parking area that will be roped off for our MX-5’s, so all is good for Sunday.
As a reminder, please aim to be at Hilliers for 10:00am, where Patricia & John will Marshall us into the parking area, which is on the right, as you turn into Hilliers.
We can then wander in to the restaurant area and the private room that Steve has allocated us for a slap up breakfast.
Afterwards, you can wander around the garden centre, and pick up some early chrtistmas presents or visit Owtons Butchers, for some delicious sausages or meat, as Owtons are excellent purveyours of meat and well known in the area 
We look forward to seeing all those who signed up to this event on Sunday at Hilliers Garden Centre.
