We now have 14 members signed up for this event and there is still room for a few more, so be sure to reply to this forum post to confirm your attendance and provide your meal choice(s).

I will be submitting the Meal Order Spreadsheet very soon, so please dont delay.

Finally, I have printed off copies of the route map for those who have repsonded to date and these will be handed out at the rendezvous point on the night just before the drive :wink:

Sorry to ask this but for completeness, please could everyone that attended the Hampshire Bowman last night, confirm that they only paid the balance for their meals last evening, ie less ÂŁ10 deposit per head, or if they paid the full amount at The Hampshire Bowman, by responding to this post. Just so I know how much to pay them from the ÂŁ10 deposits I took from everyone :wink:
