I am away at present and the spreadsheet is on my computer at home, so I cannot add you, at this current moment in time. I will do it when home and post an updated meal order spreadsheet.
I believe we are now up to our maximum numbers for this event, so we are unable to take any further orders until I am home and checked the numbers. So please bare with me for the time being

Please check your entries for correctness, as I am paying the venue the balance on Wednesday and we will be all set , this way, you will all only have to pay for any extras, like drinks, on the day.
IMPORTANT:Please remember to bring some cash with you on the day, as I will be passing around a pint beer mug for cash tips for the staff serving us, as before

Finally, the drive is approx 30 mins long and for those who wish to meet there, please aim to arrive from 10:15 onwards, ready for a prompt 11:00 departure from Bishops Waltham Central Car Park, Basingwell Street, Bishops Waltham SO32 1AR (What3Words: badge.bypasses.january).
We should arrive at the venue at approx 11:45/12:00 and have time to settle down and get drinks, before lunch is served at 12:30.
We are all set, for The George Inn Christmas Meal, as all the deposits have been paid to the venue👍
It should be noted that all deposits are non-refundable and there will be only the balance of your 2 or 3 course meals to pay on the day, either £24 or £28, depending on which you opted for.
Drinks are to bring purchased from the bar on a pay-as-you-go basis, for ease of accounting🙂
Tips, are on the day and a Pint Jug will be passed around for you to put your tips in, so please remember, in this cashless society we now live in, to bring coins and notes to put in the jug, for the staff
