This is not really a problem more to ask advice. I have a spare instrument panel that is in miles and i was thinking of fitting it to my Eunos that is kilometers. Does anyone know if this can be done by just changing the speedo drive gear in the gearbox or would i need to do anything else?

it really depends on what gauage face is fitted.
If its genuin mazda gauge face then yes it will need the converter in the speed box - If its an after market type - You may find it will already be set out with the gauge being reworked to get the KM reading from the box to match up with the correct MPH reading on the dial.
Best thing to do is try the dial pod complete and use a sat nav + - 10%
