NB 2004 1.8 Manual Transmission 52.000 miles (82.000 km)

I have a very unusual or strange situation - all gearshifts are smooth except 4-> 5 up-shift and 6 -> 5 down-shift, when I have a very distinct clutch judder. The symptoms are distinctly clutch judder but it is not pervasive as it would be for a failing clutch, and ONLY when 5th gear is involved. Any ideas?

Maybe something to do with the clutch judder issue on the later NBs. Pity Gerry Nicholl (GerryN) is no longer around, as he was the authority on this.

I think it was down to misaligned flywheels.
