Sync a PC running XP to a Vista Laptop

 Does anyone know how to sync Outlook and My Documents on a PC running XP to a Laptop running Vista ( something similar to what Active Sync does for PDA’s).  It’s a b****dy disgrace that the Sync feature supplied with Vista isn’t compatible with XP.
