Would loved to have done this one David, but we are so busy in the new home we just can’t make it, hopefully the next one. Have fun Mick & Gella.

Mick & Gella,
So you’re out there somewhere in west Norfolk, glad you completed on house sale and purchase no doubt a big relief to you. Yes we’re coming in your direction today but will see you another time. Take care. David

Thanks David, Terrific and substantial breakfast. Delightful gardens & church. A great day as always. And nothing under par!

A real mixed bag for this run and all the better for it. Starting with our very full English breakfast at Thetford Golf Club. We were made welcome, not a blazer in sight so we didn’t feel under dressed. and fantastic value at under a tenner - I’ll be back.
Then on to Gooderstone Water Gardens which seemed so much better than when I last visited. Monet-like bridge, other crossings are available, a calming place in our car orientated day.
Afterwards a brief stop at Barton Bendish church to see the ‘Norman’ porch, one of the finest in the country, and the church in its rural setting.
Finally tea, I had to forgo the cake as the breakfast was keeping me going, at Shephers Baa near Mundford. set in Lyndford Arboretum it’s a little gem. Then it was time to head home.

Another absolute brilliant day, thank you David. Also worth mentioning the fast B1108 return run after we cleared the traffic at Watton.
