MX5 Owners Club Hosts…Cheshire & North Wales
BOOKING DETAILS
The Mx5 Owners club will be allocated a pitch, the size of which will depend on our numbers but we are hoping for about 20 to 30 cars per day on the pitch. Organisers do ask if we could keep the numbers roughly equal on both days.
There will be no restriction on the numbers of club members and their families that can attend with their vehicles and paddock tickets will be available at the discounted rate of £15.00 per person per day (normal price £25.00), the details of which are set out below.
We would hope that all vehicles are in place on the Friday night. For vehicles arriving on the day the car park is open from 6.30am and they require clubs to be set up by 8am and so we strongly recommend you arrive in good time. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed to have access to our allocated pitch.
If you are not displaying your car there is a dedicated VIP Mx5 parking area courtesy of Mazda Motors Uk very close to the main arena in which there is a dedicated entrance, details will be posted when available. There is no time restriction on entering the event when using VIP car park.
Please note the discount codes will be distributed by Paul Mckay, CNW Coordinator. One list of codes can be used for those displaying on the pitch and the other for additional members, family and friends who are not displaying.
Note from the organisers, we will distribute from this office all vehicle passes for those using CPOP codes displaying on your stand. Please ensure those standing on the pitch also register with you so you have an idea of numbers. We would like to ensure that, as far as possible, we have matching numbers on the pitch on each day.
CHOLMONDELEY FIREWORKS TATTOO
Again there is the exciting annual Fireworks Concert and Military Tattoo being held on the Saturday night. This is a “Last night of the Proms” style evening with a military theme performed by military bands and the Manchester Camerata Orchestra. Bring a picnic and chairs to enjoy this wonderful evening below the Castle. We do hope you will buy the discounted combined tickets which will enable you and your family to enjoy both the Pageant and the Fireworks Concert.
CAMPING
Camping is available within the estate grounds at £20.00 per caravan and £15.00 for a tent per night. The Friday night camping on 16th July, will be free of charge for those displaying on the pitch only, and they will need to show their ticket receipt to the Campsite Marshal(Pink Gate 8) when they arrive on Friday to redeem their free night , Saturday and Sunday Camping should be booked on the website as normal. Lavatory and shower facilities are close by.

Children: Children are classed as 15 years and under. Tickets are required to enter the event, so will need to be purchased in addition to Adult tickets. When booked in advance Children’s tickets to the Pageant of Power are free, you book as normal but will not be charged. However, children’s tickets are £10 for the Fireworks Concert & Military Tattoo, please note that a Children’s combined ticket is therefore charged at £10.
Please note we need numbers of cars that will be displaying on the pitch for the Saturday and Sunday before the 30th May, please include model, year and colour.
