Hi ladies gents and all others

on the old forum i posted with pictures of the new arrival (well new to me )
here she is

then with new wheels and bit of cleaning up

now the latest edition P5 puredrive suspension new bushes all round some style bars and a few things you cant see ( as well as the car it a bit foggy today) but this pic will do for now

only done a 150 miles with new suspension need the ride hight setting in another 100 miles so will be setting up on friday ( before having alignment done saturday). At the moment the passenger side is a bit low about 10 mm lower than the drivers side, back is 325 and drivers front is 320. But i cannot say enough about the purdrive what a difference it makes, the car now rides the bumps ( even the wife commented on how smooth the car was now :slight_smile: ). got a couple of squeaks (from the bushes not the shocks )but they are starting to go with use.

Hope you like it will update picture with a better one when the sun is out ( so that will be a bout July next year)

I’m liking those rims, very nice. I assume they are 16 or 17"?
The car is looking very nice indeed, and you can’t beat a Mark 1 in red either:)

wheels are from a firm called wheel base in manchester they are ace 205 if you push the gent a little you can get them for £185 rims only with locking wheel nut and fitting kit.

next job is brake overhaul not bigger ones or anything just standard ones cleaned and new what ever she needs.
And then engine here we come !!!

looks much better now its sitting properly!! pure drive is the nutz! keep up the good work
