Hi,
I skidded recently and was advised to change the tyres. My garage ordered in some Toyo Proxes T1Rs.
They seem better, but do you have these, and how much can I rely on them on a bend?
Thanks in advance,
Jeremy

Oh no not a Toyo Proxes thread…
There’s been quite a lot of opinion around T1-R’s, try the link below for a selection…

Thanks for this. I’m not after a track buster, I just want to take a roundabout or a camber at a good speed and come out of it OK. As long as they’re not the proverbial ditch-finder I can work with it.
Thanks again.
There average road tyres
not particularly a ditch finder by anymeans but theres a lot better about
this is personal experience with them aswell
one set on a westfield (mx5 drivetrain) which they were a bit wild on and were replaced with R1Rs which were great
and the other set on a 180bhp chevette and they were bloody terrible on that
but for general use there on par with a lot of cheap tyres as long as your not expecting a great tyre you wont be too disapointed with them .
