Iv tried really hard to put pictures on here but cant do it 
The images need to be hosted on a site like photobucket or imageshack
Get the address of the image (just the image, not anything else), and then click on the tree button in the toolbar. Paste the address in to the first box, and then click anywhere else on the window to automatically fill the dimensions.
Change them if they are bigger than 640x480, or they will get cut off.
If that is too technical, Geoff has a step by step guide here http://www.mx5oc.co.uk/forum/files/folders/technical_data/entry6192.aspx, but it uses a different method, which just isn’t my preference - but does the job perfectly well [:)]
Thanks for the quick reply. I had a feeling it would be photobucket or something, I just hoped it was going to be in house forum pics. Doing it now anyway so no probs. Cheers mate
