Tyres on daisies

I’m after some new tyres on original 14inch daisies.

I saw this review by Dan Trent from pistonheads.

Looks like they work for him and seem to give predictable breakaway.

Anyone use the Dunlop sport bluresponse?

Any other suggestions on 14’s?

Should I stick to 185 60 14 or is it possible to go to 195 55/50??

I have been recommended Vredestein Sportrac 5 by someone who has a lot of experience with MX5 tyres - Nick & MOT Motorsport.

The person who I bought my 14" wheels from did rate the Dunlop Blueresponse though.

Personally I’m getting the Vredesteins, but ultimately I doubt you would be disappointed with either tyre.
