Sun 22nd  Feb Alternative Tech Day, Instead of car technology this will be PC technology! Need to get to grips with the new forum? Need to register on the Club Web-site? Want to know how to post pictures on the forum or convert that document into a PDF? This is your chance to find out how, we will have a wi-fi connection and several laptops with a projector or why not bring your own? The venue is the Countryman PH on the main A140 at Tasburgh, Norfolk. Gary the ever-helpful landlord has agreed to stay open all afternoon for us to use the establishment for the Tech day and also to serve early evening meals from his regular menu for those of us who work up a hunger!  The afternoon will start at about 1 O’clock and I cant think of a better way to spend a cold winter afternoon than in the pub! Wed 4th Mar Suffolk Meet and Inter Regional Quiz Challenge at the Manger, Bradfield Combust, Bury. This will be a regular Suffolk meet with a difference, we have had the Gauntlet thrown down to us by Eric Terry the Area Coordinator for the North Thames mob, and our very own Eric Salmon has volunteered to set the questions! Sun 29th Mar Fish and Chip Run to Cromer, Once again Ken Stanbury is to bring a large portion of his Northampton guys and girls, some Fenland Fiver’s and some Lincs members easterly to sample the freshest Fish and Chips possible at the famous “Mary Jane’s” in Cromer, as with previous years we are planning to meet up and escort them to their destination, its not that we don’t trust them with our wonderful roads it is just a good excuse to get the car out and eat chips! Sun 12h April Mercedes World Visit at Brooklands, Mercedes world is the Pride of MB UK, a huge three story building brimmed with the latest models and exhibits, a test track, Café, boutique and did I mention free entry? James Huggins has some fab plans for the run down; he is hopefully going to take in some of the London sights (No congestion charges on a Sunday!)And for those a bit more patriotic the Brooklands Museum is also next door! Sun 2nd Aug Helmingham Festival of Classic and Sports Cars, The premier car show of East Anglia, last year saw ER cars invited into the main arena and several cars run in front of the crowds on the spectacular driveway. Organiser required for this Event! Your Cub Needs You!

Sat 15th Aug The Norfolk Run, A Brand new run again this year, with a new area of Norfolk in mind and sun shine on order it looks to be another good one! As with previous years Steve and Mandy have generously offered their large garden and BBQ to all Eastern region members for evening entertainment and camping for the night.
