My NB (2000) appears to be missing one…![

Picture not showing, do you mean upper boot?

I can’t see anything missing in that picture or is that a picture of an example of one with the bush that you are referring to. Do you mean the nylon ring with the wavy washer on it?

(I sorted the image out in your first post).

Not all have it, why do you think that it is missing? I don’t think that it’s available separately anyway.
