Hi
Installing hardtop sidelatches the other day and noticed that the square plastic trim piece that joins the 2 sides of the plastic trim is missing. This is to the rear of the sear belt tower cutout. It’s about the size of a postage stamp so is easily missed or lost. I have pictures if necessary

I enquired of MX5 Parts who tell me it is not stocked by Mazda.
However the part no is NA01-68-222A88
So if anyone is in a foreign land (ie not UK) I would be grateful if you could you please enquire of you local Mazda dealer for me or breaker who has some MX5 Mk1 in his yard - any colour

If you google the part number there are plenty advertised in the USA, listed at around $2 to $4, may not cost too much for postage of a small part. Worth checking out?

Hi and thanks for the tip. I had scoured the Internet for this but having the part no has helped. Just ordered from Autolink, postage more than the item cost
