Valve seals ? a picture question...

I am going to strip the head off Uma as she is burning oil and I suspect the valve seals.

 

The head will go off to be skimed , cleaned and the valve seals replaced.

I brought a gasket set a while ago and I am checking that the little grey seal are the right thing

Is it the little seals on the right of the spring in the photo above.
