Hello everyone. I have just discovered this website as i have damaged my soft top, I was googling and hey presto, an owners club!
My wife and I just sold our hard top, as we have a new baby and needed the cash raised for a pram. Here’s the new dilema, when I raised the soft top, in the cold whether, the plastic window split. I knew of these problems but didn’t think on the night I did it. So here it is, does anyone have a spare or an old one that they have replaced? And does it require any expert skills or would a full day of trail and error be any good? Thanks

There is a trimmers called ‘Jack Smith’ based in Swansea who could sort you a new one
at a very reasonable rate if no-one has a used one. His Number is : 01792 461022

there is a company in Liverpool selling them on ebay for £136.00 item number 200305579086…not the best quality out there but they are brand new. Contemplating one myself as I had the same problem as you recently when unfurling my roof, but i mainly have my hard top and just need a cheap replacement for the summer.
Most second hand ones I have seen fetch minimum £100+ depending on condition anyway.
Because i rarely use my softop I’m even considering a cheap fix myself with a cheap but durable vinyl I have sourced from a manufacturer and getting the Mrs to stitch it in with her machine.
260358711046 - another hood provider that is even cheaper and it has a zip to lower window. Unlike the one above which i have just realised has no zip to lower window…so you’d probably end up with another split screen after a couple of years.

plenty of replacement rear sections on ebay that I’ve just found too, these can go for as much as a cheap hood though sometimes, not sure why.
