The only area that seems to get wet in my car is in the boot. I cover the car in the rain with a half car cover so the interior is fine, but i get a lot of condensation in the boot. Any help? Thanks

Check your boot seals to see if they have perished and need replacing.
i sometimes get condensation on the inside of my boot, i think it has something to do with the fact the boot lids are made of alluminium and not steel
Being stupid - boot seals are where?
should be a rubber seal which runs around the boot, not on the lid but on the car itself.

Yes, I was being stupid. Cheers for that, will have a look in the morning
as i say, i think condensation in the boot lid happens on most early mx5’s
Boot seals practically never leak
The seals behind the rear lights leak
The rainrail can leak
The screws on the chrome plates on the rear can leak if the screws have been out.
These are the most usual reasons the boot gets water in
Thanks, how do i go about checking the rain rail?
The rain rail takes the water from the back of the hood to the drains. So get a mate to pour water down the gap at the back of the hood while you look inside the boot with a torch
Thanks, will do. Which drains does it lead to from the rail?
The FAQs are often your best mate
