Not seen another MX-5 today, 4 hours on the road, 190 miles, weird.

Just been close to maybe 800 of them, but most were parked so not wavingā¦
None seen on the way home.

To be fair I was on the motorways mostly but you usually see a few, not one seen, the sun was out all the way too.
Many seen and waved today, heading northbound from Brooklands to Cheshire 
And a 100% acknowledgement record I do believe!

Interesting, but I had a wave (well, a flash) back when taking the ND for a spin, yet back in āreal lifeā, a neighbour on the block saw me walking and went more to the other side of the road. He then did a perihelion vision job to see what direction I was going in (thought I was), so headed for a gully instead. He appears out of the gully 30 secs later, surprised (and probably disappointed), not thinking Iād be going that route too. Everyone likes me 
I was in traffic with the roof down. In traffic coming the opposite way, was a convertible Herald in immaculate condition.
As we passed each other we just smiled and nodded to each other.
