10% Discount @ Hendy's?

[:(]Hi,  Read about the Hendy Winchester 10% discount on parts and servicing in the Solent Area forum so I duly took my Mk3 for it’s second service to them yesterday.  The discount given was on the servicing parts/fluids only and thus amounted only £3.52.

The final cost of the service after the discount was £148.58 which is just about what they quote on their servicing board.

Have they honoured the agreement as you understand it -or should I go back to them on this -£3.52 does not encourage me to make a a special effort to use them again!

Hmmm. 

It should be on parts and servicing, but I agree that with them a while ago, and things may have changed since then. I guess I need to email around and find out what the current situation is with all of the local dealers, and update the website.
