Here is a very tatty 1990 Mazda Eunos which has been my son’s car since 2015 and was mine before for a couple of years. He is selling it because it only gets used about once a month. It could be a good cheap fun car for the summer or the basis for a trackday car or a kit car such as the Exocet. it is fitted with a limited slip differential. It has covered just over 160,000 miles from new. I have tried to be as comprehensive and honest as possible in the description, if you have any questions please message me.
The good things about it are:-
MOT until 3rd December 2019
Lowered suspension (35mm lower than standard). It has been set up well by whoever did the work and it handles well.
Engine runs well, not smoking or using much oil, never overheats, oil pressure good.
4 into 2 into 1 Exhaust manifold and stainless big bore silencer
New clutch, cambelt and water pump fitted on 08/10/2013, the car has covered just 11,700 miles since then.
The original “Daisy” alloy wheels have not been kerbed or damaged, however they could do with blasting and powder coating.
Limited slip differential fitted from new.
Tyres quite good, fitted new about 11,000 miles ago in November 2013
The bad things are:-
Weld repair on passenger side sill done for last MOT needs tidying.
Signs of rust on drivers side rear sill but passed as OK in the last MOT
Paintwork tatty with scratches and one or two dents, scuffed on passenger rear wheel arch.
Hood leaks and is very scruffy.
Needs new door top sealing strips, particularly on driver’s door…
Exhaust is blowing, I can’t see where from but should be easily fixed.
Driver’s seat squab badly worn (see 5th photo).
