I see from the spec that the euthonic is fitted with an immobiliser and that the security light should flash when activated. No light flashes in mine I can’t even see where it is.

Hi, I think you mean Euphonic.
The light is on the instrument cluster.
If there were an issue with the immobiliser your car would not run.
Original Euphonic has a factory immobiliser fitted, coded to the ECU and transponder chip in key.
perhaps a bulb gone?
