2006 MX5 NC fog lights, what are they??

Hi folks.

i have an 06 NC 2.0 with the optional Mazda speed body kit.

Discovered that the fog light were burning through fuses and one of the lamps need replacing as its corroded inside and falling to bits.

So off it comes and I quickly realise it’s nothing like the fog lights I can order from mx5parts.

Has anyone got any idea what this is? 

Not original Mazda parts? Branded as Hella.

tried googling the codes on it to no avail.

I take it you’ve tried the Hella catalogue website, or asked Hella if that model has been discontinued, is there a replacement?

Search for Hella UK and get their phone number.

Phone them up and advise them on the numbers on the lamp.

They pay well be able to advise you where you can buy the lamp units.

I was hoping someone here might randomly know as there’s a huge collective knowledge.

i know what the name of that particular range is if it helps 

they were called Micro DE 

i had a set years ago 

it may get you a bit closer searching

After  the pointers in the right direction and some eastern european sites visited, i’m pretty sure the PN is 1NL 008 090-091
