No clue how to upload a picture but will append when I work it out.
Car owned by someone in Bradford from new.  Mazda dealer service each year at just below 2k, 4K then 6k miles.  Bought with just under 6k on the clock with a 1 year Mazda approved warranty.  Car is as you would hope to find it st the mileage. Looks like someone’s extremely short commute or sunny weekend ride. Â
Drove it back from JCT600 in Leeds yesterday, took it for a long spin to the South of Derbyshire and back this afternoon. Â
Goes like proverbial **** off a shovel when you push it and feels like it is on rails round corners.Â
I already have “top down face” - little bit of sun/wind chaffing with muscle ache from the grin.  It’s been a long 10 years driving boring cars.
Observant among you will notice no special edition badges. Â They were neatly tucked away in the owners handbook. Â And the sat nav manual is still in its unopened shrink-wrap.
Yes…kind of. Officially called “Stone”, it is a fractionally grey shade of cream on the facings, black on the sides/rear… Door card the same as the seat facings.
You can see in this review, about halfway through.
So I went to the local hellfrauds this morning for some new plastic buckets to keep her clean…sat in the car park the identical car but 15 plate. Peeped in the window, 5 speed box, so it’s a 1.8. Looked otherwise identical.
I liked the colour when these first came out but it has certainly grown on me already.
We bought ours in July 2015, brand spanking new, during a really hot sunny summer.  I gave up any attempt to negotiate on price when my wife’s face beamed “I really love it, it’s so pretty” at the salesman.
We traveled to Milcars Watford because they had a blue one, the wife’s favourite colour. But when we saw the titanium flash with stone seats and matt silver mirrors ( somewhat less matt these days due to a very tight garage) that was a real “wow!” moment. A real grownup colour. But i was not allowed to drive it after i called it a “pearlised turd”.
It really looks great with the sun on it. Otherwise it tends to blend with the tarmac so best driven with lights on!
