2015 ND AIR CON COMPRESSOR NOISE

When the air conditioning compressor engages there is a loud clicking noise from the pulley area.

All is working OK but can the noise be reduced or do I need a new compressor.

That’s the standard noise, nothing to worry about.

Thats the clutch engaging, you can remedy it one of two ways.

1 - Never switch it on
2 - Never switch it off

Count yourself lucky you don’t also get a 200rpm idle-jump to go with it :sweat_smile:
