Car now Sold

The car I’m offering for sale is an 2016 Mazda MX-5 ND MK4 2.0 Sport Nav BBR-GTI Turbo
The car is located near Cambridge
The price is £16,995 ono

Superb 2016 Recaro Sport Edition 2.0L, Ceramic White. No 473/600.

Recaro edition includes all the top of the line features such as Sat Nav, Bose Sound, Keyless Entry etc.

I am the second owner from new originally purchased from Romford Mazda, the original sales invoice, brochures, vehicle documents are all available.

I have both keys along with official Recaro keyring presented with the car with both genuine cup holders present and hood in great condition with no hoop wear, all original mats.

When I bought the car its mileage was 19557 miles. It is my second car and I have only put just over 8,000 miles on it, total mileage now is only 27,710. The car has always been garaged while in my possession and only gets used between March and November each year.

The car has been used for road and track use, while it’s a great convertible it is set up for track use so please don’t expect a smooth ride. I have kept the car maintained and geometry kept in check by MX5 track specialists BC Cars in Haverhill, Suffolk since its final Mazda main dealer servicing in 2021.

Whilst this was a super handling car from the factory, the car was upgraded by BBR-GTI in Brackley to the tune of a total £18000!

Fiat Abarth Differential
RTS Performance 6 speed clutch

I have also had the front cowling and wheel arches covered by Premium Shield in 2019 which has done a superb job of protecting against stone chips.

The BBR upgrades make a substantial difference to the overall performance and handling. The BBR Turbo upgrade takes the stock 166HP to a whopping 244.9HP and is gained through a seamless boost where you barely feel the change. The acceleration and handling matched to its lightweight design allows the ability to challenge much more powerful sports cars on track which has always been fun!

This car has had over £18,000 worth of BBR-GTI upgrades making it quite a rarity and is still in superb condition inside and out with a small amount of wear and tear which can be seen in the pictures.

Yokohama’s have plenty of tread, brand new Brembo front disks and Wilwood pads very recently fitted with less that 5 miles worth of use.

I also have a set of Rota Grid flat black alloy wheels with Uniroyal Rainsports wet tyres (completely unused!), a UK custom half cover, and a spare set of Carbotech pads which I’m happy to negotiate a deal with the car.

I also have the original antenna and wind deflector.
MOT until 5th August 2025

It’s a great car and has always brought interest at the track, it is truly is a wolf in sheeps clothing! However my interests have changed and I also need the garage space for my Hybrid car

I will look at sensible offers but I’m not in any huge rush.

Happy to answer any questions!

Thanks.
Matt
