Hmm,this is an off-the-wall idea and might be totally irrelevant.
You might have a bad connection somewhere in the CANBUS system, this is the beating heart of the NC and ND.
Incorrectly terminated high speed transmission lines like CANBUS can ping back spurious reflections as false data and confuse the host system, so it panics and walls off affected parts.
In extremis “incorrect termination” can be short circuit or open circuit anywhere on the relevant wires, but corrosion can also introduce problems.
My suggestion is based on something that happened with my 2014 25AE NC.
With that I had been fiddling about with the head unit, and forgot to plug in the Climate Control assembly. The car started fine and drove OK, but warnings began cropping up for all sorts of unrelated systems. Very similar to your symptoms.
The only common link was the CANBUS system. The only thing I’d done was take out the head unit which included unplugging the Climate Control.
Sure enough no climate control plug to be seen, it had dropped down and hidden itself out of the way.
I reconnected it and all has well ever since.
