There are vague suggestions of a Skyactiv X version of the ND. I don’t think this will be a very good iteration of the MX5, if its basically a ND with a heavy hybrid drivetrain.
Mazda have said they want to move the brand up market, so the next one will be more expensive.
Seems to be gathering talk that MG will unveil their production electric MG-C EV in April, with a UK launch at the end of 2024. Now its looking like a reality with disguised mules out testing…
The renders based on the trademarks don’t seem wide of the mark;
Rumours are that the MG will be around ÂŁ35k, now doubt for an entry level car with similar specs to the base MG4.

The one I read about was more hybrid supposedly based on SkyActiv x mild hybrid.

Must admit to having reservations buying Chinese. Hoping Mazda do a good job as I’d rather stick with a marque I know and trust!
Not read the article, it wouldn’t really interest me nor be affordable, when affordable I reckon I won’t be driving anyways.
