Parade Lap – A Special Celebration:
We’re also excited to announce that our 2025 Club Display will also include a special * Saturday Afternoon parade lap*, a highlight we missed out on last year due to conditions. With 2025 marking also the 20th anniversary of the NC, this will be an unforgettable tribute to a milestone year!
We have over 150 booked for the Saturday now should be an impressive sight for the Parade!
and a reminder from them that club tickets close on 30th June, possibly earlier
We have also had a note that over the Festival weekend, Motorsport UK are running an AutoSOLO challenge for some friendly inter-club rivalry.
Members joining the display over the weekend can put their driving skills to the test against other car club members, representing the club in an AutoSOLO.
A chance to test precision and navigate your cars around cones and compete against the clock to get bragging rights!
If you are interested in taking part please message me and I can get the Club registered to compete and get the registration details over to you.
A free RS Clubman competition licence will be issued to you on the day for you to compete.
We won’t get an update until around mid July, Club ticket packages remain on sale until end of June and then they will begin the mammoth task of allocating space to the Clubs once the numbers are known.
We have c200 cars booked for the Saturday so our pitch options will be more limited as to where they will be able to put us!
Not to mention there have been some considerable changes to the infield with the addition of the new Kart track too.
As soon as we get an update on our pitch will update here, ticket holders should get final instructions around 2 weeks ahead of the event, going by previous years.
Tickets etc are now shown on my Silverstone App but not yet activated.
The infield car pass and map arrived this morning in the post. Internal parking access is from 07:30.
We enter via the usual gate 5, bridge B, and park in Orange Zone 20. The enclosed map shows Zone 20 is bounded by the Priory bridge road on the West and the Wellington straight to the North.
Crucially the map shows Zone 20 has Parade Assembly 1 on its East side, behind the Village grandstands.
Well, the MX 5 has had its anuual vac (whether it needed it or not ) AirBnb is booked Thurs- Sun , pass has arrived in the post (and not to the address I left 10 years ago , as it did in 2022 ) ,tickets are on the Silverstone app and I’m looking forward to my 3 days next week.
It’s a huge event. covering several square miles, 3.6 miles of racetrack and two pit/paddocks . I’ve written a guide to the event for my other car club magazine and if any first timers think they might find it helpful , PM me with your email and I’ll happily send you a copy.
We’ve made a late decsion to go along to the Festival this coming weekend. I realise display passes are no longer available, but is there a discount code for the club for standard tickets?
We’re also in a different car club and they had availability so booked through them. We’ll be sure to visit the MX-5 stand though and will be there all 3 days.
Hi,
Is there any further information about this weekend as I’m worried I might have missed it? Should club members bring a printed copy of the form to join the parade lap like we did last year?
