Just bought my 2014 MX Anniversary model and discovered that the entertainment system has a remote for it, does anyone know where I could obtain one?

I have a 25th AE too and didn’t realise there should be a remote? Are you talking about a physical remote control, or a remote switch to turn an amp on? Intrigued

Sounds odd, maybe your ICE has been modified, I bought a 25AE brand new, it didn’t have a remote.

Maybe my mistake then, I`m sure I read in the “quick start” booklet about entering something manually or using the remote control!!
While on here, I have the warning triangle and first aid kit missing, is the kit that the OC website sells the same as the standard kit? I ask as I want to keep the car as close to original as possible.

I think these items mentioned are extras (not supplied to UK models) but put in the manual as it covers most/all bases.

Remotes, seems a bit anti road safety to me, like a mobile phone in hand on the move, a no no!
I had a dab receiver in my NC when I bought it, it came with a remote control, I immediately thought, that’s just not right, got rid of that set-up.
Not sure if it applies here, but I have seen the controls on the steering wheel referred to as the remote control, which I guess technically they are, as they’re not on the actual radio.
Don’t think you will get a triangle or first aid kit, only put in cars in countries where they are compulsory.
Welcome to the 25AE fraternity… 
Ours has been in the family since new and no remote control for the ICE system, warning triangle or first aid kit came with the car.
As well as here, there’s a friendly Facebook group for the 25AE if you’re so inclined.

Thanks for response, the steering wheel reference seems likely to me, which is good because I didn`t want a remote control kicking around really.
The warning triangle etc I referred to is sold on the MX parts website.
