A 2.5 problem any help would be nice

Peeps I wonder if anyone has had this problem:-

So our 52 plate is now becoming a prob and we trial and race, so this is what my son and myself have done so far before I tell you the problem.

Cam and crank sensors
VVT Solenoide
Fuel pump
Fuel filter
Air Maf
Eng temp
Air temp
Throttle body

The car cuts out when you blip the throttle, cant start with re ignition but can when you turn key fully back and start any ideas please would be welcome, and it has been on a full diagnostic (car specific with a snap on unit which was clear) Grrrrrr  ty Stuart and Ollie

Possibly water ingress in the ecu. Take the ecu out take the cover off and look for corrosion. To dry it out use a hair dryer on a low setting so as not to heat it too much. Use electric contact cleaner on the loom connectors before re installing . Hope this helps.

Hi
Not had a 2.5 MX but the symptoms sounds like a fuel pressure regulator.
Have you got a way of checking pressure on your fuel rail?

Google MX-5 base idle and you’ll find all sorts of possibilities and help.

Did you replace your MAF with one marked F1SE, seems to be an important detail.
