A vaccum leak without OBD faults. Is is possible ?

Is it possible that can be a vaccum leak but without faults when reading OBD ?

I think I can hear something like “turbo whistling” between 2000-3000 rpms from egr pipe area. But maybe this is just my mind. I’ve checked by OBD and there are no faults.

A vacuum or air leak may not show as a fault code.You need to be looking at the fuel trim figures.The egr pipe may be fractured.Take a look here;https://www.obd-codes.com/faq/fuel-trims.php
