Guys can you help just collected a beautiful 2006 sport yesterday. When I de clutch to change gear at speed the car becomes unstable. And moves about. I think the directional tyres have been put on the wrong way. Could this be why or is it something else like 4 wheel alignment

Hi all does anybody have the correct shock length for for the meister R CRD shocks on a mk 1?, I’m trying to set them for maximum maximum travel before I start adjusting damping settings. I’m told there is only one correct measurement to achieve maximum travel without either hitting the bump stops 1st or all running out of travel or having too much Travel left. I would guess you would match the standard mazda shock length whatever that is.
Currently they are set so i can see the end of the shock through the hole in the adjustable bottom cup that bolts to the wishbone
