About to purchase it just wondering if there are any demons I should know about?

Ah I had guessed since you had posted you were looking at it and it sold about then and came back up just when you got your new MX-5.
My only concern is it went from June 2024 1 owner 18k miles when you posted, to now Dec 2025 3 owners and only 20900 miles.
2 owners and little miles potentially a worry!
If comfortable sharing why didn’t you go for it in the end?
I was going to go for a 2025 homura model but would require a loan or finance and I need to be strict with myself as I’ve made poor decisions in the past and it’s a dangerous rabbit hole for me.

Lots of MX-5 owners do comparatively small mileage in the summer, and zero mileage in the winter.
2,900 miles in eighteen months is not really a problem.
My advice would be, take it for a long test drive and listen for any odd noises, in particular from the engine, or better still, take a mechanic/experienced person with you.

In the end I just decided to treat myself to a brand new car after recovering from a stroke.
