Hi guys,
I have just been going through thread after thread after thread and kept on coming across people talking about ‘adjusting the throttle cable due to slack’.
Now my 5’s throttle pedal has a load of slack and can be a pita sometimes so how do you goes do it? like where and how does one do it? I understand you need two 12mm spanners which I have so any help will be much appreciated

Don’t overtighten it, otherwise you may place additional load on the pedal box.
This was one of the first things I did when I bought my car. However, if you have severe idle droop when dipping the clutch, check the base idle speed instead.
Well I adjusted it and seems it was totally fine to start with
Now I can focus on some other small bits that needs doing
Thanks for your help guys
